Debbie Stein is Founder and President of DLS Consulting, an American-Israeli enterprise for relationship building and resource development. Debbie specializes in developing relationships with private donors and expanding existing donor bases abroad. Before founding DLS Consulting, she raised funds for a variety of American politicians and political organizations while serving as a resource development consultant with The Katz Watson Group in Washington, DC, including senior political leaders such as Senator Joe Lieberman and Senator Frank Lautenberg. Debbie has worked closely with non-profit organizations and politicians in Israel who want to develop sustainable resources and long-term relationships in United States. She has established expertise in strategic planning (both development and implementation), resource development and donor stewardship. Debbie holds a Masters degree in Political Management from The George Washington University.
